The company offers continuous on the job and off the job training for everyone in the organization. A lot of time is also dedicated for training the new recruits. Maris Spinners has in house training facilities, with a specialized team to train the workers on modern work methods.  External agencies are also regularly used for motivational training. There is also a special focus given to health and safety training.

The Entire work force are trained by a separate training department comprising a dedicated team, functioning independently that involves in recruitment of people, adopting scientific method and also monitoring the system of work practices on a continuous basis.
Training is  considered to be our biggest strength in ensuring the good work practices, team work, motivating the people at all levels to achieve the desired results.
